The Churchlands development in Slane, constructed in the mid-2000s, is a substantial residential estate in one of County Meath’s historic village centres, blending contemporary housing with the village’s long-established character. Set just off the main road through Slane, the scheme comprises a mix of houses and apartments that respond to local demand for modern living space within walking distance of amenities and transport links. 

Creo Mechanical Services was appointed to deliver the plumbing and heating installations across the development, covering everything from first fix through to final handover. Large housing schemes like Churchlands require a high level of coordination and consistency, as many units are constructed and finished across phased sequences with multiple trades working to tight programmes.

Our team worked closely with the developer and main contractor to ensure that every unit was installed to specification, tested, and ready for occupation as each phase was completed.
