Large residential housing development - plumbing and heating fitout for Archerstown Wood, Ashbourne

Plumbing and Heating Installation for a Large, Residential Housing Development

Archerstown Wood Ashbourne

Archerstown Wood is a well-established residential community on the western edge of Ashbourne, developed during the early 2000s as part of the town’s rapid growth as a commuter hub for Dublin. The scheme comprises a mix of detached and semi-detached family homes laid out around green spaces and local streets, reflecting Ashbourne’s evolution from a small village into one of County Meath’s largest towns, with its population more than tripling since the late 1990s.

Creo Mechanical Services provided the mechanical services subcontract on the Archerstown Wood project, installing the plumbing and heating systems across multiple phases of the development. Residential schemes of this scale require careful coordination across units and with other trades to ensure consistent quality and on-programme delivery. Our work included first and second fix, system testing, and commissioning, delivered in close collaboration with the main contractor and site teams.

The Archerstown Wood project demonstrates our ability to deliver mechanical installations on large, multi-unit residential developments, where programme discipline, compliance, and reliable handover are essential.
