Creo Mechanical Services delivered the plumbing and heating installations across the development, supporting a multi-unit residential scheme built to current building standards. Projects in town-centre locations bring their own challenges, from limited access to close coordination with other trades working in confined spaces.
Working alongside the main contractor and site teams, our role covered installation from first fix through to testing and handover, ensuring each home was ready for occupation as the project progressed.
