Located in Finland’s capital, the Helsinki data centre was developed in one of Europe’s most advanced digital and technology markets. The region is known for its strong focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, and resilient infrastructure, all of which place high demands on mechanical design and installation.
Creo Mechanical Services carried out the mechanical fit-out for the facility, delivering the plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems that regulate temperature, airflow, and water services throughout the building. In a climate where external temperatures vary widely throughout the year, precise environmental control inside the data centre is essential.
The project was delivered as part of a multi-national construction team, with close coordination between mechanical, electrical, and structural trades. Our scope included installation, testing, and commissioning to ensure the building was ready for full operational use from day one.
