The Merville Court development in Finglas provided a strong example of modern residential construction focused on community living for older adults. The scheme consists of 45 purpose-built senior living apartments organised around landscaped gardens and shared spaces, designed to offer independence with a supportive environment. 

Creo Mechanical Services was engaged as the mechanical services subcontractor on the project, delivering the plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems required for long-term residential use. Working within an occupied residential environment, our team coordinated closely with the main contractor and other trades to ensure mechanical works were installed, tested, and commissioned to specification and relevant standards. The scope included complete mechanical fit-outs that support everyday living across all units, as well as the common areas and support facilities, with a focus on durability, compliance, and integration with the broader building systems.
